We are located on the North West corner of the Sannich Penninsula, adjacent to beautiful Deep Cove,
considered the "warm side" of the Peninsula. The property boasts approximately 350 feet of low bank waterfrontage with southwest
to northeast panoramic views and spectacular year round sunsets. Although there are two homes on the property, and the owners
occupy one of them, privacy is enjoyed by both. The recently completely renovated 3,000 square foot home offers amazing views from
most rooms. There are three ensuite bedrooms, two with king size beds and one with a queen size, plus an additional half bathroom.
Hardwood floors, granite counters, and central air conditioning for year round comfort are additional features of the home.
There are two wood burning fireplaces for those cozy winter evenings as well as a gas fireplace in the family room adjacent to
the kitchen. The media room/den is equipped with a 50inch Panasonic Plasma TV and DVD player with full surround sound.
There is a large sun drenched deck with dining table for those warm summer evenings. Eagles and deer, abound and adjacent waters
are a favourite fishing ground for locals and tourists alike. There is a wealth of activities in close proximity to
Thalassa Point and an excellent winery and world class waterfront restaurant with in easy walking distance. All this
